DIRECTOR'S PRACTICUM FOR ACTORS/PERFORMERS/LIFE

The Third Course allows actors who have completed the first and second courses to practice the acquired abilities in full function in the Imagery Format. To create a performance/mini-performance/sketch according to the methods developed in the Institute, students practice the following:

• Skills that allow them to formulate «version’s questions»,

• The director's work received from the group members «working material»,

• Ability of the director to perform a «monologue» on site, based on the received «working material»,

• Formulate the creative task for the actors,

• Constructive Analysis is performed after each deployed sketch-play or mini-performance.

The structure of the Third course:

Director's practicum (for actors/performers/ life) is 8 weeks in duration and consists of 4 laboratory works + 4 weeks of final practice

3.1. The Versions Theatre method (studied in detail in the «Versions Theatre» course).

3.2. Affirmation of the Imagery format of acting/in human behaviour in extended sketches.

3.3. Thematic versions processing of dramatic material.

3.4. Resources, versions, psychological and behavioural solutions. Prognostic versions of the development of situations and events.
