For contact centers

The Institute of Creativity Methodology specialises in the development and implementation of training programs and educational courses.

We work with actors at various levels—from students to professionals—and with representatives of non-acting specialisations, as well as with those who value the quality of direct communication with staff, colleagues, or clients.

Our offer consists of educational and training programs. Each programe has theoretical and practical parts in the ratio of 20/80 per cent of the total class time.

The educational part focuses on understanding and mastering compositional methods of dialogue with the client. The technique allows changing the status style of operator-client relations to, mainly, human or more consolidated business. Status relationships have an impersonal, "automated" nature, as opposed to a personalised, human one that has its own recognisable face. The last type of relationship ensures personal development and fosters communication that is memories of personal and recognisable contact.

It will be possible to determine success in the educational part both by checking theoretical knowledge about compositionality and by the practical means of a test and assessment dialogue with a mandatory change of "status" to "humanity" and "business cooperation" between the suggested operator and client.

The training section focuses on fostering expressiveness that aligns with specific role archetypes. This involves gaining initial experience in observing the selected role and intentionally altering it.

As archetypal roles for the training program, we will use some of Jung's 12 well-known archetypes, some typical characters of traditional Eastern theatres, or roles clearly defined by the training participants themselves.

The success of the training part is determined both by persistent adherence to the role and by conscious change of it in test/assessment communication with different/contrasting (complicated) emotional colours.

By customer preference, we can offer an expansion of the training part of the program, adding the development of improvisational skills in communication to acquire such qualities as vivacity and ease in talking with the client.

The educational and training part is expected to consist of approximately 10 classes for the theoretical component and 20 classes for the practical component. The best schedule is part-time, i.e., short sessions with the teacher and, between them, independent work in working groups or individually.

The price and total cost of the programs are decided depending on the specific order.
